Shipping policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- We ship across India using trusted courier partners, including Shipway, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for remote areas.
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote and rural areas: 6–10 business days.
- Orders above ₹699 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹699 will incur a shipping charge of ₹60. Cash-on-delivery orders may carry an additional fee.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or report it to us within 24 hours with photographs at bisenenterprises.org@gmail.com. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
