"At MASARA, we stand behind the quality of our perfumes and want you to have a beautiful experience. Due to the safety and hygiene nature of personal care products, we do not offer automatic returns through the website. However, we care about your satisfaction.
Our updated policy for returns and exchanges is as follows:
Defects & Wrong Delivery: Exchanges are fully available for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect delivery within 7 days. A short unboxing video is mandatory to claim this.
Fragrance Expectations: If the fragrance does not meet your personal expectations, we are still ready to accept a return because we value your hard-earned money.
Anti-Fraud Condition: To qualify for a return based on fragrance preference, the product must be virtually unused (at least 95% volume remaining in the bottle).
How to Proceed: You must personally contact us via call or WhatsApp to explain your feedback. Once verified manually by our team, the return will be processed, and a flat ₹99.00 (towards reverse shipping & handling charges) will be deducted from the final refund.
