A damaged product
A wrong product
A leaking product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Important Notes
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Used perfumes are not eligible for refund or return due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
